What "broken" actually means here

Most checkers flag only HTTP 4xx and 5xx. Ours catches more: connection failures (DNS errors, refused connections, timeouts), soft 404s (200 OK responses with not-found content), and redirect loops that never resolve.

You see each category separately so you can act on what matters — fix true 404s, decide on intentional removals, ignore transient connection errors.

Is there a free tier?
Yes — every signup gets 300 free URL checks, no credit card required. Use it on a small audit, decide if it's worth more.
How does it handle anti-bot blocks?
We rotate residential proxies and respect robots.txt. Most sites accept our requests. For sites that hard-block, we report 403/429 explicitly so you know it's a block, not a real broken link.
Can I check internal links only, or external only?
Either — supply your filtered list. The tool processes whatever URLs you paste or upload; it doesn't crawl, so the input list defines the scope.
