Welcome to Bulk URL Checker. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Bulk URL Checker, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Bulk URL Checker is a cloud-based service that allows you to:

  • Check HTTP status codes for large batches of URLs
  • Monitor URL health over time with scheduled checks
  • Access comprehensive reports with status codes, redirects, and response times
  • Manage URL checking through a web-based dashboard
  • Export results in CSV or JSON format

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You may NOT:

  • Use the service to check URLs you don't have permission to access
  • Attempt to overload, hack, or disrupt our infrastructure
  • Use the service for any illegal or fraudulent activity
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
  • Resell or redistribute our service without permission
  • Use the service to violate others' privacy or intellectual property rights

5. Plans, Credits and Pricing

How checks are paid for: Checking a URL uses 1 credit. Credits come from the monthly checks included with your plan, and from one-time credit packs. When you run a check, monthly checks are used first, then pack credits.

  • Free: every new account gets its first month on the Starter plan free (15,000 URL checks). After that, every account receives 300 URL checks each month at no charge. Free monthly checks reset each month and do not carry over.
  • Plans: Starter, $9 per month (15,000 URL checks per month); Pro, $29 per month (50,000); Agency, $99 per month (200,000). Plans are billed monthly or yearly at the prices shown on our pricing page. The monthly checks of a plan reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over.
  • One-time credit packs: 3,000 credits for $5; 10,000 credits for $9.99; 30,000 credits for $23.99; 75,000 credits for $49.99. Pack credits roll over and remain available in your account.

All prices are in USD. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.

6. Purchases, Subscriptions and Free Months

Packs and plans: Credit packs are one-time purchases with no recurring charge. Plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your account.

  • Credits and monthly checks are added to your account as soon as payment succeeds
  • Pack credits roll over and remain in your account until used
  • Free months, including the first month and any month earned by connecting a scheduled check or an integration, are granted once per account, need no payment details, and end without any charge. When a free month ends, your account returns to the free monthly checks unless you choose a plan
  • We may withhold or withdraw free months and free checks from accounts that abuse them, including accounts created to obtain them more than once

7. Refunds

Unused credits, within 7 days: If you have not used the credits you bought, you can ask us to refund them within 7 days of purchase. This covers credit packs and the first payment of a plan, as long as the checks it included have not been used. Plan renewals are not refunded; you can cancel a plan at any time to stop the next payment. Credits already used to check URLs are not refundable. Requests are handled by our support team; contact us and we will sort it out. Every new account also starts with a free month of the Starter plan, so you can try the service before buying anything.

8. Customer Reviews

What we give, and what we do not ask for: If you leave a review, we add one month of the plan your account is on, on us, once per account. The reward is the same whatever your review says, including a critical one, and we never ask for a particular rating or wording in exchange for it.

  • We publish reviews only on our own website, with the name, role and company you enter and the photo on your account
  • Wherever we show reviews, we state that reviewers received a trial month for them
  • We do not remove, hide or reorder reviews because they are critical. We decline a submission only when it is fake, fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or not about the service, and we record the reason
  • The month is added once your review is approved, and we email you when it is
  • You can ask us to take your review down at any time, and we will

9. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Checking a URL uses 1 credit:

  • 1 credit checks 1 URL, whether you run the check yourself, on a schedule, or through the API
  • When a list is bigger than the checks you have left, we ask before running it: you can check part of the list now with the checks you have, spread across every site in it, or buy what is needed to check all of it
  • URLs already checked are never charged again when you go on to check the rest of the list
  • Pack credits roll over; monthly checks reset as described above

If you need more, you can buy a credit pack or change your plan at any time.

10. Data Retention

Report data is retained for 30 days across all plans. After the retention period, data is automatically deleted. You can export your data at any time before deletion.

11. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

  • Scheduled maintenance or updates
  • Service interruptions beyond our control
  • Third-party infrastructure failures
  • Network connectivity issues

12. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Bulk URL Checker are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of URL check results or decisions you make based on them

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in payment fraud or abuse
  • Use the service in a way that harms us or other users
  • Engage in fraudulent activity

Upon termination, you lose access to your data. We recommend exporting important data regularly.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
